材料分子設計プラットフォームのMaterials Studio の最新リリース2.1バージョンでは、メゾスケール動力学シミュレーションコードである「DPD」の発売、および常温・凝集相でのMM/MDシミュレーションに威力を発揮する高精度力場「COMPASS」の機能拡張を行いました。ある意味では古典的なMM/MD
のシミュレーションですが、とりわけ様々なソフトマテリアルにおける材料分子設計研究においては、今後も重要な機能です。
